DESCRIPTION

The Direct Action® WARWICK® Zip Front Chest Rig is the 3rd of Direct Action®’s zippered chest rigs, along with the HURRICANE® and the TEMPEST®. The WARWICK® Zip Front Chest Rig is the lightest, flattest and the most modular one of them.

The zip front is a perfect base platform for a patrol set when combined with a backpack. This rig is made without any additional utility or ammo pouches, just flat pockets in each panel for maps, target photos etc. Thanks to the detachable shoulder straps, the chest rig can be attached directly the Direct Action® plate carriers with a buckle interface.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Made of Cordura 500D laminate
  • Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS made of laminate
  • Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating makes used materials water-resistant
  • Camo versions are NIR (Near-Infrared Reflective) compliant & plain colors are IRR (InfraRed Reflective) treated to help prevent detection by night vision devices

ZIPPERED FRONT

Built-in durable front zipper allows easy donning & doffing of the chest rig.

INNER SIDE

Inner side of the rig is made of an elastic Nylon fabric for comfort. Also features two Velcro®-closed Internal pockets for flat objects.

SHOULDERS

The shoulders feature MOLLE/PALS slots & Velcro®-closed  loops for comms/antenna routing. Shoulders are also made thin to comfortably wear backpacks.

BACK SIDE

Features MOLLE/PALS slots to attach equipment & has a reinforced drag handle incorporated into its design.

COMPATIBILITY

Can be attached to the SPITFIRE®, BEARCAT® or HELLCAT® system or similar plate carriers with a Mayflower®/Velocity Systems standard.
